Refund policy

We have do not offer returns or exchanges and no refunds will be given unless piece arrived damaged. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 8 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event of a piece arriving damaged please email us a photo of the damage piece along with the receipt for our company to review.  

Once photo and receipt is reviewed our company will issue a new piece to you if damage was determined.  No refunds will be given an exchange for a new piece will be issued at no extra cost.
